for a married couple is 77, held by Victor Hugo Peralta (Uruguay) and his wife
Gabriela Peralta (Argentina), who married on 21 February 2008. These 77
modifications consist of 50 piercings, four microdermals, 11 body implants,
five dental implants, four ear expanders, two ear bolts and one forked tongue.
